Mountain goat dispatching specializes in providing loads for Flat Bed, Power Only (Must have trailer interchange), Hotshot, Box Truck (Must be dock height & lift gates), Reefer & Dry Van. Mountain Goat Dispatching has a dedicated staff to provide you with safe, reliable, and highest paying loads in the industry across the STATES.

DRY VAN

Van trailers are fully enclosed boxes fit carried by trucks designed to transport a wide range of freight safely and securely by road. Dry Vans or van trailers aren’t temperature-controlled (unlike refrigerated “reefer” units) and can’t transport big goods. They’re designed to transport palletized, boxed, or loose freight.

REEFER

Reefer container is short for refrigerated container. Sometimes it is even further abbreviated to RF container. A reefer container is a type of shipping container that remains its cargo at a regulated, cool temperature. Reefers are essential for worldwide trade of food (fruit, meat, fish, vegetables, dairy) and non-food products like flowers and pharmaceuticals.

FLATBED

A flatbed truck is a type of truck which can be either articulated or rigid. As the name suggests, its bodywork is just an entirely flat, level ‘bed’ with no sides or roof. This allows for quick and easy loading of goods, and consequently they are used to transport heavy loads that are not delicate or vulnerable to rain, and also for abnormal loads that require more space than is available on a closed body.

STEP DECK

A step deck trailer is designed to carry cargo that is too tall to go on a flatbed truck. A step deck truck can help you haul loads without having to obtain special permits for exceeding the legal height limit. These trailers have a lower and upper deck, hence the use of the term “step” in the name. This also makes it much easier to load and unload equipment, especially with a forklift.

POWER ONLY

Power only represents a particular branch of trucking service and operations. It refers to the use of a third-party carrier to provide trucking power for load shipments. Power only trucking allows for greater control of freight shipment and helps to ensure uniformity of transporting trailers and general trucking services across the entire fleet.
